Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rainbow Flowers aims to ensure every order brings a smile to your loved one’s face. Each bouquet is handcrafted with care, and we guarantee the freshness and quality of every arrangement. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, our refund and cancellation options are limited and apply only under certain conditions.

Once your order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests made before the product is prepared or dispatched may be accepted at our discretion. Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases, such as when the wrong bouquet is delivered, the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, or the product is completely damaged upon delivery. To request a refund, customers must contact us within 1 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the bouquet.

Refunds are not applicable if the recipient is unavailable, the address provided is incorrect, or delays occur due to traffic, weather, or peak-season congestion. We also do not offer refunds in cases where the customer changes their mind after the order has been dispatched.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within five to seven business days. All refund communications must be directed to info@rainbowflowers.in, and our support team will respond promptly to resolve the matter.


Shipping and Delivery Policy

Rainbow Flowers offers reliable and timely delivery services throughout Mumbai and near by areas . Our mission is to ensure that every bouquet reaches its destination fresh and on time.

We currently deliver within major pin codes across these regions, including Mumbai (400001–400104), Thane (400601–401107), and Palghar (401201–401405). Deliveries outside these zones depend on the availability. Orders placed before 9 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, while orders received later may be scheduled for the next day.

Our standard delivery window is between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Peak-hour deliveries between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM may include additional delivery charges due to high demand and traffic conditions. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate recipient information, including phone number and address, to ensure successful delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our team may attempt a second delivery or coordinate for a pickup where possible extra charges applicable for delivery. Refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries caused by incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient. Rainbow Flowers makes every effort to meet committed delivery times; however, delays due to external factors such as traffic, festivals, or weather conditions are beyond our control.
